An impactful workshop was conducted on March 22, 2025, by Dr. Sakshi Pai, titled ‘Equipping Teachers with Strategies for Effective Classroom Management.’ The workshop aimed to empower educators with practical road maps that foster confident, capable, and future-ready learners. A crucial aspect of the training was understanding both individual and group behaviour early on, allowing teachers to create impactful and inclusive learning experiences.

Participants explored effective methods for tracking student growth using observation tools, equipping them to support the holistic development of their students.  She emphasized the critical importance of 21st-century skills—learning, literacy, and life skills—while demonstrating how procedural knowledge enhances conceptual understanding.

Furthermore, attendees gained valuable insights into identifying key competencies and achieving an effective balance between competency-based and outcome-based education. This workshop was a significant step towards making learning more meaningful, personalized, and relevant in today’s ever-evolving educational landscape.
