It emphasized the importance of avoiding labels for students and approaching each day as an opportunity for a fresh start.

Mrs. Shah encouraged the teachers to reflect critically on our teaching styles, engage in discussions about common challenges, and collaboratively seek solutions. The concept of maintaining a growth mindset was particularly inspiring, as it helps us unlock potential and embrace new possibilities, while a fixed mindset can restrict our growth. When faced with negativity, we learned the importance of hitting the “RESET” button to maintain a positive outlook and continue moving forward.
