IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSIONS for the ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24
Nursery to Grade 2

Please read the following instructions and eligibility criteria very carefully, before proceeding to register online.

• Any false / incorrect information on the application form will amount to disqualification
• In case of multiple forms filling, the first form filled will be considered and the rest of the entries will amount to disqualification. No claim for refund of payment for duplicated forms will be entertained.
• Those who are applying from abroad may give a local permanent address while applying. In case of provisional admission granted based on random shortlisting, the conditions laid down by the school will have to be adhered to.
• Those who miss the timeline of the admission process will not be entertained later.
• The Management does not accept any donations or capitation fees. Beware of those who promise admission in exchange for money or other favours.
• No requests for admissions will be entertained by the School Management or School Office.
• Recommendation / request letters regarding admission will amount to rejection of the application. Kindly do not meet the school authorities regarding such matters.
• The admission committee reserves its rights on issues regarding admission.

Jr. KG	All children born between 1st January, 2019 and 31st December, 2019
Sr. KG	All children born between 1st January, 2018 and 31st December, 2018
Grade 1	All children born between 1st January, 2017 and 31st December, 2017
Grade 2	All children born between 1st January, 2016 and 31st December, 2016

Fees:

The school fees have the following components

1. Admission Fees

QUARTERLY PAYMENT CHART The annual fees can be paid in four quarterly installments as follows

Procedure for Online Registration:

• Log on to the School’s website – www.gsgs.in
  
• Read carefully the important guidelines for all grades
• Fill in the required details correctly.
• Click on submit icon.
• You will be directed to the payment gateway for payment.
• Once the payment is successful, wait patiently for a while. You will get a message on your screen - Your registration was successfully processed
• You will also receive an acknowledgement email which contains the PDF copy of the application form filled by you within 24 hours of form submission.
• Kindly check your registered email id’s inbox as well as junk / spam folders to find the acknowledgement.
• In case your transaction fails, you will receive a payment failure message on screen – Admission form has been submitted. Payment failed, click on the below URL to retry payment with a link to retry the payment. The same message you will receive on your registered email id as well.

Kindly note that if any of the information in the form is found to be incorrect, either at the time of scrutiny of applications or later at the time of verification of credentials, the application will be cancelled and admission even if secured, will be denied.

Payment Details:

• Payment of Rs. 1000/- (plus transaction charges as applicable) to be made towards application charges. Please note that ‘application to the school’ does not mean selection.
• Payment mode is online. It can be made either by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI and wallets.

Important to note:

• Acknowledgement may take some time, based on the speed of your internet connection. Please be patient.
• Kindly take a print of application form received in email and preserve the copy for ready reference and for future proceedings

Edit Facility:

• Within 15 days of filling the form, if you feel the need to edit the information, write to us at dombivili@gsgs.in
• Your mail must contain the following details:
• Subject: GSGS Dombivli edit request of admission details.
• Mail body mandatory details to be included:
• Name of the child
• Date of birth
• Form ID number
• Grade
• Date of application form submitted

• On editing the form, you will get a fresh email with a revised PDF of your application form.
